Church Weekend - 1-3 April 2022
Our aim for this weekend is to have a great time of fellowship, celebrating being God's family and worshipping together!
The church weekend is an excellent opportunity to spend time with each other in a relaxed and informal setting. No cooking, no washing up – just time to walk, talk, play or rest, alongside times of reflection, Bible study and worship.
Arrive from 5pm on the Friday night and have tea, after which there will be a short time of welcome and introduction. Over the weekend there will be a range of themed sessions and activities available with something for everyone and on Sunday morning we will share communion in a service.
There will be time for rest and reflection, joining in the workshops and Bible studies, as well as time to use the swimming pool, enjoy Quinta’s beautiful grounds and explore the surrounding area.
The children and young people will be catered for during the adult sessions. Families, please sign up as soon as possible so we know how many we are planning for and can arrange staff.

The Theme is.... GREAT EXPECTATIONS!
All through the Bible, our powerful God tells us to trust and believe that He will do great things, and Jesus said that we, the church, will do “even greater things” (John 14:12) than Him!
How expectant are we that God will move in our own lives, and the life of our growing church and community?
We’re excited to go deeper in faith and hope as we explore lots of different aspects of expectancy. We’ll be learning more about prayer ministry, encouraging each other with ‘naturally supernatural’ testimonies of God at work in the everyday, and lots more!
