The halls are available for hire to organisations whose activities are not incompatible with the church's beliefs.
Please note that we do not let any rooms out on Sundays since the building is already very busy with the church's activities, and the consumption of alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
Birthday party bookings from non-members of the church are accepted only for children of primary school age (i.e maximum birthday age 11).

Safeguarding:
West Kirby United Reformed Church is committed to the safeguarding of children and adults at risk and to ensuring their well-being.
Regular users of halls or meeting rooms will be given a copy of the Conditions of Use paper (link above) which includes a section about the hirer's responsibility for safeguarding. Regular users will be asked to indicate whether safeguarding legislation and best practice apply to their activities and, if so, whether their organisation has its own safeguarding policy which it will implement, or whether they will be implementing the church's safeguarding policy. You can download a copy of the church's Safeguarding Policy Statement here or visit www.wkurc.org.uk/safeguarding for the full policy and other information.
