Youth & Children's Work in Schools
Our Youth and Children's Work Coordinator, Dan Sach, leads regular assemblies at West Kirby Primary School and is also invited to deliver RE lessons and various other activities from time-to-time. The church love welcoming the pupils for RE sessions in the church, especially at Christmas time! Dan has previously served as a governor at the school, and another of our church members does so currently.
We are delighted to be getting to know our neighbours at West Kirby Residential School better. We enjoy welcoming some of their students on work experience placements at Toddler Group and are especially thankful that the school let us use their carpark on Sunday mornings!
In partnership with Wirral Youth for Christ, Dan leads 'Pulse' at West Kirby Grammar School on Tuesday lunchtimes. Christian Unions have been taking in place in schools for decades and Pulse is a re-invention, a place to have fun, make friends, eat food and explore big questions.
